The ADS774KU is a 12-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converter using an innovative capacitor array (CDAC) implemented in low-power CMOS technology. The ADS774KU is complete with internal clock, microprocessor interface, three-state outputs, and internal scaling resistors for input ranges of 0V to +10V, 0V to +20V, ±5V, or ±10V.
